Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is designed for skilled workers who possess the education, work experience, and abilities needed to contribute to the economy of a specific Canadian province or territory. It is ideal for those who wish to live and work permanently in a chosen province.

British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP)

British Columbia (BC) is one of Canada’s fastest-growing economies, consistently in need of skilled workers across high-demand sectors. The BC PNP offers skilled professionals a pathway to permanent residence through provincial nomination.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must have a valid job offer from a BC employer in an occupation classified under NOC 0, A, or B.
Must be able to perform the job duties.
At least 2 years of directly related work experience.
Must demonstrate sufficient financial resources to support yourself and dependents.
Must have or be eligible for valid immigration status in Canada.
Must meet the language requirements for NOC B occupations.
The wage offer must align with provincial wage standards.
Employees must be in good standing in BC and willing to support your nomination.

Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP)

The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) provides skilled workers, graduates, and entrepreneurs an opportunity to become permanent residents of Canada through two streams for workers and three for entrepreneurs.

Streams for Workers:

1. Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS)

Applicants must:

Must have a valid job offer from a BC employer in an occupation classified under NOC 0, A, or B.
Hold a valid work permit for an eligible occupation (not implied or restoration status).
Work in an eligible occupation in Alberta.
If holding a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), work in an occupation related to their field of study.
Have a credential from an Alberta post-secondary institution (for PGWP holders).
Have at least a high school education equivalent to Alberta standards (for non-PGWP holders).
Possess eligible work experience and a valid job offer.
Meet language proficiency requirements (minimum CLB 5 for NOC 0, A, or B occupations).

2. Alberta Express Entry Stream

Applicants may receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) if they:

Must have a valid job offer from a BC employer in an occupation classified under NOC 0, A, or B.
Have an active Express Entry profile in the federal pool.
Indicate interest in permanently immigrating to Alberta.
Work in an occupation that supports Alberta’s economic development and diversification.
Have a minimum CRS score of 300.

Additional factors such as prior Alberta education, work experience, or having a close relative in Alberta can improve the chances of receiving an NOI

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)

The MPNP is designed for graduates, skilled workers, and entrepreneurs who have the ability and intent to settle successfully in Manitoba. It offers three main streams:

1. Skilled Worker Stream

A locally driven initiative that selects internationally trained workers with skills in demand by Manitoba employers.

2. International Education Stream (IES)

A dedicated stream for international students graduating in Manitoba, offering faster pathways to nomination.
Includes three pathways:

Note: Graduates from other provinces are not eligible under IES but may qualify under the Skilled Worker Stream

3. Business Investor Stream (BIS)

Replaces the old PNP-B business category and attracts entrepreneurs and investors interested in establishing or purchasing businesses in Manitoba.
Applicants are no longer required to submit a $100,000 deposit.
Includes:

Minimum 67 points out of 100 on the PNP assessment grid.
A valid IRCC work permit with at least 4 months remaining, or eligibility to apply for one.
A Canadian post-secondary qualification or ECA report verifying equivalency.
Genuine intention and ability to settle permanently in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Sufficient settlement funds for self and dependents.
Valid language test results matching the Express Entry profile.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

Ontario is Canada’s largest economy and a major hub for business, technology, and finance. The OINP is the province’s economic immigration program, working to nominate skilled foreign workers, international students, and entrepreneurs for Canadian permanent residence to address specific labour market needs.

The OINP operates several streams, some requiring a job offer (Employer Job Offer Category) and others focusing on Human Capital (like Express Entry-linked or Graduate Streams). To directly match the structure of the BC PNP description, the following requirements are synthesized from the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream.

Eligibility Requirements (Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream)

Must have a full-time, permanent job offer from an approved Ontario employer.
The occupation must be in a skilled occupation, classified under NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 (the equivalent of the former NOC 0, A, or B skill levels).
Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, accumulated within the five years prior to the application date.
The wage offer must meet or exceed the median wage level for that specific occupation in the region of Ontario where the job is located.
Must demonstrate the intention to reside in Ontario.
Must have or be eligible for valid immigration status in Canada (if applying from inside Canada).
Language requirements are determined by the employer's needs and the job duties, and are not set at a minimum CLB level by the program for this specific stream.
The employer must meet program and regulatory requirements, including obtaining approval for the employment position.
